- optional email;
- home ZIP code or suburb;
- the main symptom;
- optional project notes and crawl-space size;
- optional photos; and
- optional consent for project-related text messages.

Which photos are most useful?
If you can take them safely from the access opening:
- one wide view of the general issue;
- one view of water, old liner or damaged insulation; and
- one view of the access and nearby equipment.
Do not upload images of people, identity papers, payment details or other private records.
What happens after submission?
The details may be reviewed for basic scope and service-area fit. If a suitable independent provider is available, the request may be shared for follow-up. That provider must inspect the property before confirming the moisture source, system, timing or price. A submission does not guarantee a match or response time.
