What details do we collect?
The form may collect your name, phone number and optional email. It may also ask for the home ZIP code or suburb, crawl-space issue, notes and photos. The site and form hosts may process basic device and security data. They need this data to run their services.
Google Analytics measures basic website use, such as pages viewed, referring source, browser, device type and approximate location. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar browser identifiers. We do not send names, phone numbers, email addresses, form answers or uploaded photos to Google Analytics.
Do not upload photos of people, ID papers, payment details or private records. Do not enter an unsafe crawl space to gather details.
How do we use project details?
We may use the details to:
- respond to the project request;
- review the likely scope and service area;
- arrange or support follow-up about that request;
- keep records needed to manage the enquiry; and
- protect and operate the site and form.
Photos and form details do not give a home diagnosis or final quote.
Which contractors process the details?
Cloudflare hosts the site. Tally hosts and stores the form replies. Google Analytics supplies website-use reporting. When phone and text routing goes live, Twilio may process calls and project texts. Each provider uses data to supply its service.
The Google tag is configured without Google Signals or advertising-personalisation signals. Browser privacy controls or content blockers may limit analytics collection.
We do not sell mobile numbers or text consent. We do not share them with other contractors or related parties for ads or sales messages.
How does text-message consent work?
The optional text box is off by default, and the main request works without it. Turning it on allows project texts to the number given. The number of texts varies; carrier charges can apply. Send STOP to end them.
How long are details kept?
We keep project details only as long as we need them. We may need them to handle the request, keep records, fix a dispute or meet the law. You may ask to see, correct or delete your details through the contact page. The law or a live dispute may require us to keep some records.
Can this policy change?
Yes. We will change the date when we update this policy. A major change will take effect from that date, subject to any notice or consent required by law.
